Service is always good! Friendly staff no matter how busy they are. Their vegetables are lacking but you can't go wrong with a salad and baked potato. The salmon was cooked to perfection! Porterhouse rib eye cut like butter!

We had dinner here tonight and the service was excellent. But the steaks were a bit tough, we ate them anyway. We ordered dessert to go because my husband and I wanted to go home, put our pj’s on and watch TV. Got the desserts out, the cheesecake was delicious but the big ol brownie was so hard he had to cut it with a steak knife. Decided it was just too hard and ended up just eating the ice cream. Very disappointed,

Had a party of 6 on a busy Friday night. Seated quickly. Brittany our server was excellent. Jeff the service manager was outstanding. The food was amazing. Overall could not be happier with our experience.

We usually have a nice dinner at Texas Roadhouse, and I am not complaining about that, our waitress was Stella, She was excellent. But the way you all allowed a group of people that were taking up about 3 booths was absolutely absurd. They were loud, standing in the middle of the isle, acting inappropriately, showing no respect to the older couples around them. Not one of your establishment went to them and ask them to settle down or they will have to leave or anything. This was really handled unprofessional. It was on Friday night December 20, 2019, at approx. 6:00, I really hope you review this,

Went to dinner 2 nights ago. I ordered sweet tea and was brought unsweetened tea. When I told waitress she took it back and was going to bring me a sweet tea. Only she came back to let me know that they were completely out of sugar so no sweet tea. My husband ordered applesauce as a side order. Waitress took the order back to the kitchen only to have to come out and have to tell us they had no applesauce. Felt bad for waitress. Manager did not offer any kind of comp. Don't know if we will return

We placed a take out order for Mother’s Day quarantine dinner since it’s my mom’s favorite. The website was overwhelmed and crashing, so we called it in. We arrived, were directed to a parking spot, paid, then a few minutes later our food was placed in the trunk. The whole operation seemed to be running pretty smoothly. We got home and all our orders were correct. I opened a mysterious brown bag and laughed when I discovered it was peanuts. Nice touch. ðŸ˜

Horrible steak. I should have eaten one of my shoes. String beans were greasy. Who ever invented the ceaser salad would be rolling in his grave. I didn't want to go there in the first place, but I lost a football bet, and that is where he wanted to go. Honestly, I have no clue why this is place is packed every night. Fourth time then, and proves every time that Middletown will someday get a decent Steakhouse. But does Middletown deserve it? Probably not. Meanwhile, the service was superb.

Went there to celebrate my birthday with friends. Great shrimp and the broccoli was cooked perfectly. Love the rolls with the special cinnamony butter! Sweet tea was delicious and service was good. Fun time!

I'm a fan of this steakhouse. The staff are very nice. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the handful of times my husband and I have tried to go here, even when reserving a time slot, we've waited up to an hour and a half. It might be the system they use, but they can never find out reservations, even with the number. But they've always been gracious and accommodating.

Went to go pickup our $110 order. When we got back home our 2 26 ounce ribeyes and sides were not in the bag. We called back and some guy who claimed he was the owner was very rude. When we got back to the location the “owner†claimed he personally cooked, cut, and bagged our food which was obviously a lie considering our STEAKS WERE NOT INCLUDED.

This was the first time we stopped into this location. Overall we were very pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly and everything seemwd very clean and well maintained. The food came fairly quickly and was very good. Look forward to our next visit.

Really great food the New York strip is always good no matter which location we go to and the rolls with cinnamon butter is insanely delicious

Was a decent visit. My filet was a little over cooked, but not terribly so - medium rare vs rare. Server put the wrong meal in for me - was a $2 difference so not a huge deal. But, it got him flustered and he made a couple errors after. All in all the steaks were good, ribs were okay but as always the bread was delicious.

Thank you Texas Roadhouse for honoring our Veteran's tonight. My husband enjoyed his complimentary dinner. Just a thank you for your service is much appreciated but you guys went above and beyond with a delicious meal. We all need to remember our Veteran's have made our freedoms possible.

Well my hubby felt like having a burger and ended up here. It was good 👠but I didn't like all the trash on the floor from the free peanuts they give you. I mean, they give you a bucket to put your shells in it, use it!!! Lol!! 😆

Great as always, have never had a bad experience. Will always return as long as things continue the way they have. Also if you want to take a trip back to the old west the entire motif will take you there.

All the food was cooked as ordered. I had rib eye steak, Mary had the shrimp platter. There drinks are really good. I had the blue one, can't think of the name of it. We took my granddaughter out for a birthday dinner. Good time with good meals and drinks.

Went in for lunch. Got good service. Walked out and no bill. Thanks for honoring the vets. Better than Applebee's who charges you for a drink, Texas Roadhouse didn't charge me. Thank you again Texas Roadhouse.

I have mixed experiences when I go here. Sometimes they're spot on with my order and other times I have issues. I've had great service and I've got up and walked out before. This isn't the place to come to if you're looking for a good bar, drinks are hit and miss too. There's usually a wait but that's to be expected at any TRH. Love their rolls!
